The original, first pressing of this record does not have Dist. Nationally by Red Fox on the bottom
of the label.  Records with that information are all second pressings.  All of the reproductions are
of the second pressing, so they are easily identified, and are of little consequence.  About 10,000
copies were pressed on Red Fox, and finally on Roulette.  Legitimate first and second pressings
are slightly slower than later pressings and reproductions.  A few very scarce legitimate copies also
exist on Atlantic.
